I’d just like to say I'm really glad we went with Custom Alarm.

One of the main criteria that I had with selecting a company was the service (vs the equipment or features). As you know we had looked at other companies but didn’t feel comfortable going with a company like ADT. Calls to the sales folks at these other companies felt a little herky-jerky with a little (or a lot of) pressure-sales thrown in. Home security is not like buying a used car. Its more like picking an eye or heart surgeon. You definitely do not want to rush it and don’t want to necessarily go with the cheapest. I would not want to have a life or death situation, hit the panic button, then have my call redirected to some out-of-state place or to some other country because the labor is cheapest there.

Now having a little experience with Custom Alarm, we know we picked the right company. The sales and service folks have been excellent through the sales and installation process. They were personable, courteous, and put up with all my questions. I've put in a half dozen calls through the main number in the last year and have been pleased with the exchanges.
