Most insurance companies extend a discount on your homeowners insurance if you have a monitored security and/or life safety system. You can potentially receive additional discounts with cellular monitoring and water protection. We recommend you contact your insurance company to find out what they offer for discounts. When we install a security system in your home, we will complete the necessary paperwork and send off to your insurance agent, where you can take advantage of any additional discounts. 

Yes, we do offer wireless security systems for existing homes. However, we do offer "pre-wires" which consist of pulling cables from one central location in your home to each device if you are building a new home or have unfinished rooms in your home or access to pull wires. 

Yes, all of our home systems are setup to test on a weekly basis even if you are not arming the system daily. We do this to ensure the communication methods between your system and our Monitoring Response Center are still connected.
